Here is an overview of Abbie's plan:

When you join Team RH, you choose a workout and activity level to suit your lifestyle. We then calculate the correct calories for you to reach your goal.

"I started this journey as I have a chronic illness called FND which made me depressed and I binge ate a lot. I didn't move much and was miserable. I was approaching 40 in the September and just didn't want to live like that anymore and came across Team RH on TikTok and signed up there and then! Since then I have been consistent ( apart from when I've had really bad FND flare ups and havent eaten my calories and hit my steps or workouts.)"

What you can eat on 2,000 calories:

The most important thing to takeaway from our Life Plan, is that you eat the food you love, we simply set the amount. We want our members to eat foods they actually enjoy, rather than restricting themselves, so we encourage leaving 20% of your daily calorie intake for some chocolate or cake.

"I found having the support from TeamRH really helpful and motivating and just trusted the process. I am in talks with Liam about reducing my calories in a week or 2 to 1800 calories as the weight has slowed down and I've about 14 lbs left to go til I hit my goal.

I have come off my antidepressants, pain medication and feel alive again."

Abbie's activity levels:

Abbie makes sure to hit 10,000 steps every day however, every individual is different, and we believe that a person's activity level should fit in with their own lifestyle. This allows her to eat her 2,000 calories but still operate in a sustainable caloric deficit, which is the key to the Life Plan.
